Getting Started

Go to "My Pet" and tap "Add Pet". Fill in your pet's name, breed, age, weight, and any medical conditions. You can add photos and medical records anytime.
Yes! You can browse emergency guides, find nearby vets, and use the symptom checker without signing in. Create an account to sync data across devices.
Go to "Contacts" and tap "Add Vet". Enter your vet's name, clinic name, phone number, and address. Mark them as your primary vet or emergency vet.

Yes! Tap the phone icon next to your vet's contact to call directly. You can also set up one-tap calling from the home screen.

Subscription & Billing

Premium includes unlimited pet profiles, advanced health tracking, AI symptom analysis, medication reminders, and priority support.
Premium is currently free during our testing period. You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings.
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
We offer a 30-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

Privacy & Security

Most data is stored locally on your device. If you create an account, data is encrypted and synced to our secure servers for cross-device access.
Yes! We never sell your data. We only share data with your explicit consent or when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Technical Issues

Try: 1) Restart the app, 2) Clear app cache (Settings → App → Storage), 3) Update to the latest version, 4) Reinstall if needed. Contact support if issues persist.
Make sure you're signed in on both devices with the same account. Check your internet connection. Go to Settings → Data Management → Sync Now.
Check your internet connection and location permissions. Try refreshing the page. If issues persist, contact [email protected].
Yes! Emergency guides and your pet profiles are available offline. Vet finder and some features require internet. Data syncs when you're back online.

Account & Settings

Go to Settings → Account → Change Password. Enter your current password and new password.
Go to Settings → Account → Email. Enter your new email and verify it through the confirmation link.
Go to Settings → Data Management → Export Data. This downloads a backup file of all your information.
You can import previously exported Furrgency data. Go to Settings → Data Management → Import Data and select your backup file.
